Oxford is considered to have a low level of digital exclusion

Oxfordshire has a higher than national and regional average of people being online. In the 2018 national online users survey it had the 6th highest level of active users in the country

There are a large number of Online Centre's in the County and Oxfordshire County Council run a Digital Helper's scheme to encourage greater take-up of online activities.

Digital skills

Although Oxford has a high level of the population with the five basic digital skills it has a far lower level using those skills.
